Intercultural Roots is hosting an online workshop on the Alexander techique!
Sessions are led by Rose Whyman and Gabriella Minnes Brandes, who bring 55+ years of combined experience. It’s for anyone who performs; dancers, musicians, live artists, workshop leaders, teachers; who wants to move with more ease, find balance in their practice, or simply feel freer and more confident on stage or in daily life.
